Do I Pay Delivery On My Subscription?
Yes, if your order falls below our £30 minimum spend you will be charged delivery.
How Can I Receive Free Delivery On My Subscription?
How to receive free delivery on your subscription if you use the following:
1 Box Per Month: Order 3 boxes every 3 months.
2 Boxes Per Month: Order 4 boxes every 2 months.
This will put your order over the £30 minimum spend to qualify for free standard delivery.
When will My Subscription Renew?
Your subscription will renew on the same date as your original order, at the frequency you selected when setting up.
For example, if you place your first order on 4th January, future orders will renew on or around the 4th according to your chosen schedule. By setting up a subscription, you authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method at each renewal until your subscription is paused or cancelled.
Can I Change The Date My Subscription Is Delivered?

How can I Pause, Skip An Order Or Cancel My Subscription?

Do subscription orders follow the same returns policy?
Yes. Subscription orders follow the same Returns & Refunds Policy as one-off purchases. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If a payment doesn’t go through, you’ll receive an email to let you know. You can update your payment details via your account, then just email us to confirm and we’ll take care of processing your order for you.
Can I change my delivery address for my subscription?
Yes, you can update your delivery address via your account at any time.
Please make sure any changes are made before your next renewal date, as we’re unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
